  We are a party of 7: 2 adults and 5 children. We checked in at 2:04 and ordered within 10 minutes. We got up at 3:10 to see where our food was. It took 4 times of asking to talk to the manager and find out what was going on with the food. The restaurant was maybe 3/4 full and people seated after us received their food. The manager finally told us that the waitress had fallen and forgot to put our order in. No one came to tell us which is unacceptable. That is horrible customer service. We finally got out food at 3:20 and when they brought it out, they forgot my husband's wings. We've never had these issues at our restaurant in Lancaster, PA. It felt like a lack of training and a lack of a good manager. We won't be going back to this restaurant on our visits to Baltimore ever again

  Worst experience I have ever had! I used the call seating and I was informed it was a 30-40 min wait. We arrived and ended up waiting an hour an ten minutes. Once we were sat we were informed the the kitchen was behind by an hour. Management should be informing guests ahead of time that there will be such a long wait on food. Had I been informed of the wait ahead of time before the long wait to be sat I woulda went elsewhere. I have just worked 14 hour day and met my family here. My 3 1/2 year old is starving and now will be up way past his bedtime. My dad is miserable and my wife is as well.

  Every Texas Roadhouse looks the same, and has the same food. They do a very good job of keeping up to that standard where ever you find one. And this one is no exception. The only downside is that there is always a wait at this location as well. But then they do take home orders as well :-D
